How long does delivery usually take?

We aim to get your products to you within 2-3 days of your order
being placed. We use DPD or Evri who usually offer a tracked service, so you
can track your order until it arrives safely to your location!

Why is their no individual wrappers on the roll?

Why would there be? Our primary aim in selling bamboo toilet
paper is to provide an eco friendly alternative to normal toilet paper. Normal
toilet paper does not only need trees to be cut down, but typically uses far
too much packaging, including the use of individual wrapping paper.

At Bamboo Soft, we are against excess packaging, whether it is capable of being recycled or not.

How do your prices compare to other brands?

It is not possible to directly compare price of our rolls with other brands, as some contain a lower/higher number of sheets per roll. This is why you will typically see a “price per 100 sheets” in most UK supermarkets, as this allows direct comparisons between multiple brands.

If you purchase our box of 48 rolls, the price per 100 sheets works out as 28.6p. This is much cheaper than Cheeky Panda at 41.6p and Bumboo at 30.5p.

We also believe our quality is much higher than other brands, so don’t want to get too caught up on price comparisons. You can be the judge!

What is your packaging made from?

Our bamboo rolls are packed in cardboard and sealed tightly
with tape. No funnies or extras – we are trying to save the environment
here!

We appreciate that other brands offer individually wrapped
rolls, and feel that this practise is unnecessary. See our article “The
oxymoron of the bamboo toilet paper industry: Individually wrapped toilet
rolls”

We are pleased that some brands have offered unwrapped rolls
as an option in their online stores, and hope this practise continues!

Are your rolls FSC certified?

Yes, all rolls bought on our website are FSC certified. You
can check our certification by searching our number, C134890 on the FSC
register. Our certificate gets renewed every year to make sure our bamboo
forests, factories and their employees are still being looked after to the
correct standard.

Our FSC certification means all the bamboo used in our toilet
paper comes from bamboo forests which are 100% Forest Stewardship Council
approved.
